So far, nothing I've tried is able to get the passenger door open. Checked the remote control, changed positions of the buttons and even changed the positions of the driver and passenger wire connections (they are the same). With the passenger insert in the driver slot and pushing the driver button on the remote, still the passenger door doesn't open. Something's wrong with the passenger motor. Great! If the passenger door doesn't open, I may not be able to get the screw into the chassis for the rear cover tilt feature.
