kann deine Erfahrungen überhaupt nicht teilen. Eventuell rufst du wirklich bei der falschen Hotline an. Bitte nehme den Kontakt den Andreas geschrieben hat. Ich kann da anrufen, bekomme sofort jemand nettes an die Strippe, bestelle die Teile, bekomme nach 1-2 Tagen eine Nummer in der DHL App und nach ca. 1 Woche das Teil. Hat bis jetzt super funktioniert. Irgendwie schreibst du das gleich Problem auch in verschieden Themen. Hast du die letzten Antworten von Stefan und mir unter dem Thema

Mein generelles Problem zeigt sich wahrscheinlich am besten, wenn ich Euch den Mailverkehr dazu zeige. Wie ihr sehen könnt, habe ich am 3. Juni!!! das erste mal angefragt, ob ich ein Ersatzmainboard bekommen kann. Am 7. August kam dann die erneute Zusicherung das ich ein neues Mainboards erhalten würde. Bis heute ist aber nichts gekommen. Ich habe mehrfach danach angefragt und immer hiess es nur, "Die Ausgabe sei eine Nachlieferung und würde nach Bearbeitung der regulären Ausgabe kommen".

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wie sie angehängtem Email-Verkehr entnehmen können, habe ich Probleme mit dem Mainboard und dem Getriebe zur Ansteuerung der Flügel des X-Wing. Das Getriebe wurde beschädigt, da der Motor nicht abschaltete und das Mainboard scheint ein elektronisches Problem entwickelt zu haben. Direkt nach dem Einschalten kann man einen beliebigen Effekt für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde aktivieren, danach reagiert die Platine nicht mehr - ich tippe auf einen Kurzschluss o.ä.
Ich habe Modelspace angeschrieben und die Probleme geschildert. Ich bekam auch eine positive Rückmeldung und sollte Ersatzausgaben für Nr. 67 und Nr 68 erhalten. Dann ist offensichtlich irgendein Logistik-Problem aufgetreten, so dass das Paket nicht versandt wurden. Ich habe Modelspace wiederum angeschrieben und es hieß sie hätten den Versandt nun mit hoher Priorität angewiesen. Nachdem aber auch dieses Paket nicht bei mir eintraf, habe ich noch einmal nachgefragt. Wie sie dem Mailverkehr entnehmen können heißt es nun auf einmal, ich müsse mich an Sie wenden, was ich hiermit tue.
Ich warte jetzt bereits seit Anfang Juni darauf, an dem X-Wing weiterbauen zu können und wäre sehr froh, wenn Sie mir nun kurzfristig das Mainboard kostenlos zusenden könnten. Das Getriebe aus Ausgabe 68 habe ich bereits auf eigene Kosten nachbestellt, aber das Mainboard hätte ich schon gerne kostenlos ersetzt.

Only when turning the mainboard OFF and ON again, one can, for a splitsecond directly after turning on, activate any of the functionalities. I tried all of the motors (the one for the wings, obviously without the gear, and all lights (4 times laser and 4 times engine) with the battery pack and they all work. I also checked the remote control with an Arduino and an IR receiver and that sends a correct signal as well. My conclusion is that there is some sort of shortage in the mainboard - can't be the cabling, because I double checked all cables if there are breaks or any issues and there are none. I also checked the switch and it is, in contrast to some experiences on the internet, not broken but also operational.
